We are currently recruiting for a Senior Auditor – Quality Assurance to join our Transformation in Dubai.
Scope
Determine the effectiveness and compliance of the organization IMS and RTS management system. Also maintain records for QA audit program including QA audit reports, external audit report (Bureau Veritas). Liaising with external certification bodies for surveillance and Re-certification audit of the company. Ensuring implementation of EFQM framework model in the Company, through developing methodologies, strategies and plans that supports the culture of business excellence and continuous improvements and ensures alignment to service excellence.
Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance
- Plan, conduct and lead the Quality Assurance audits across Business Units to verify implementation of IMS and RTS in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & ISO 39001 requirements
- Report Non-Conformances track to closure and assess the effectiveness of the corrective action taken
- Prepare the Quality Assurance audits schedules for all areas, ensuring that these are then approved and distributed to all participating staff and operational areas
- Perform as lead Auditor and co-ordinate with all audits teams for purposes of collecting audit results, recording non-conformities raised and following-up on corrective actions and result analysis
- Ensure that all agreed alterations to documentation, covering all tiers of documents / procedure and at all locations from within the operation, are carried out accurately and timely. Further, carry maintenance of the ‘record keeping’ function within Quality Assurance planning, preparing the department for periodical surveillance audits
- Management Review: as per agreed Management review schedules, collect BU/SBU or departmental information on customer feedback surveys, on-time performance, process performance etc. and prepare analytical reports, framework for which method of analysis will be provided by Management Representative. Besides the above, the holder will be involved in preparing and distributing management review schedules, agenda, minutes, emerging action points from these meetings and the status of these
- Analyze process and problem data for trends and developing issues, making recommendations on possible corrective and preventive actions
- Work with the Business Units to review potential opportunities for implementation of preventive actions
- Plan and coordinate the training programme for site
- Plan and conduct QMS and RTS training to improve the awareness across the group
- Coordinate with Business units to improve the QMS & RTS culture in the respective area
Business Excellence
- Ensure alignment of system & process with European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM framework), through developing methodologies, strategies and plans that supports the culture of business excellence and continuous improvements and ensures alignment to service excellence
- Prepare the business excellence submission documents for different award categories across the company
- Coordinate and prepare the project plan, project team and entire activities for the project implementation
- Prepare training calendar and design the awareness plan including awareness material, conduct awareness session for project team and different Business units on the Excellence Framework
- Coordinate and conduct various sessions/ meetings with project team and concerned business units in writing the submission
- Coordinate with department heads and collect data required to prepare submission for any awards the company apply for, regular follow-ups with the team for collecting the information and data
- Assess evidence, data and information that are relevant to the submission document and work closely with the team to prepare the trend analysis
- Coordinate and conduct site visit and spot check different branch offices and accommodation, conduct self-assessment against the EFQM Excellence Model criteria

Knowledge – Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in a Similar Position in the industry
- 1-2 years in a management role

- Bachelor’s degree in related field (Essential)
