Etisalat Pvt Ltd a leading telecom company is currently looking to recruit a Specialist / Revenue Assurance Job in UAE for the position Revenue Assurance in Finance department in Dubai.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Increase the maturity of the Revenue Assurance across all revenue streams
2. Ensure efficiency, effectiveness and optimization of the current deployed controls
3. Increase the automation in the Revenue Assurance section
4. Ensure meeting the target KPI and closure of the GAP analysis
5. Ensure real time identifications of all incidents
6. Deploy the Revenue Assurance dashboard across all revenue streams.
7. Conduct Process analysis for the revenue streams to identify the risk areas
8. Develop system controls to mitigate the identified risks
9. Identify the relationship between RAFM and the other stake holders and advise the OLA/SLA
10. Maintain ISO process updates for the revenue streams
11. Responsible for handling the impact analysis of the edge technology products
12. Responsible for the strategic projects handling from RA perspective
13. Responsible for ensuring proper handling and role completion of RA in the PLC process
14. Responsible for ensuring Post implementation analysis is conducted for all new products
15. Responsible for handling audit inquiries and maintain proper documentation history
16. Responsible for managing the Critical billing error process
17. Responsible for managing the Mediation error handling process
18. Support the development of strategic option to improve business efficiency
19. Deliver improvement in the provision of timely, accurate, leading performance indicator.
20. Assist in developing improvement opportunities in Trouble shooting & incident handlings.
Qualifications Specialist / Revenue Assurance Job in UAE:
- Bachelor degree in Computer science, engineering telecom, IT, etc..
- Telecom Revenue Assurance analyst with strong foundation in telecommunications core Network
- 7 years+ experience in IT/ Technology/Revenue Assurance departments in Telecom companies
- Knowledge covering different traffic flow, Network protocols, 4G & 5G Network architectures & node functions
- Knowledge & hands on experience in Billing system BSCS; CCN Ericsson solutions, CRM systems knowledge
- Strong Analytical skills, SQL query language, Shell scripting
- Automation, machine learning techniques and scripting skills is a plus
JDs:
– Strong foundation in telecommunications core Network with knowledge covering different Network protocols, 4G & 5G Network system architectures & node functions.
– Conduct detailed analysis of network technology systems, including but not limited to charging systems, interconnect billing, and data services. Identify potential revenue discrepancies and implement preventive measures.
– Collaborate with the BSS Systems team to assess revenue-related risks and opportunities within billing, provisioning, and customer management systems.
– Understanding the software architecture, data models, and revenue assurance integration during BSS system upgrades, network technology migrations, and other technology implementations.
– Strong skills in data analysis and machine learning techniques to detect anomalies, trends, and patterns in revenue data.
– Automation and scripting skills for streamlining revenue assurance processes, automating tasks, and creating tools to enhance revenue analysis efficiency.
